We cannot print a color photograph, but we can use black screen printing on light colored balloons to make a black and white image.
If your logo has more than one color, then you should order a minimum of 10 packets (1000 units), unless the colors of your logo is not touching each other. In this case, if your logo’s colors touching each other (if they are either adjacent, or if they overlap), then you should order a minimum of 50 packets (5000 units). If your logo has only one color, then the minimum order is 1 packet (100 units).
Technically, we can print up to 4 colors. However, colors can be multiplied by utilizing dot screening methods, based on the main colors in your logo.In order to provide you with an accurate answer, we will first need to see your logo.
If we can separate the colors in your logo without damaging the logo, then we can print less than 50 packets (5000 units). In order to provide you with an accurate answer, we will first need to see your logo.
For all non-standard color orders we require the pantone number. If the order is for at least 300,000 units, then we can work with color samples.
We cannot print such logos on large (27” (80 cm) and 45” (120 cm)) balloons. If the colors on your logo are not touching each other, then we can print up to 4 colors.
The printing area on a balloon is limited. Your logo is printed on the balloon at its maximum size, based on its width, length and its number of colors. It is not possible for the logo to cover one side of a balloon completely.
Regular printing should be used on flying balloons (the inflation point will be downwards), and upside down printing should be used on the hanging balloons (the inflation point will be upwards). This way, the images will be displayed correctly.
We cannot print on foil balloons. We recommend you to use foil balloons in different shapes (round, star and heart) without any printing.
If your order is for 10,000 or more, we can print your logo, or any slogan, on the cha cha cartons. For orders of less than 10,000 units, standard cha cha cartons are used, regardless of the color.
If you want printing on green balloons, we can use a white background for your logo. However, the number of colors used by the printing will then increase.
